This building job included the partial demolition of a 1920’s Beach house in Sydney’s Eastern suburbs with only 2 original walls left remaining . A stunning Hampton Style Beach Cottage was then constructed.

This renovation/rebuild included 4 bedrooms, 2 new bathrooms and an amazing custom built French Provincial style kitchen. This beautiful beach cottage is complete with sandstone stairs and retaining walls and landscape gardens.

The kitchen

Beautiful 180mm American Oak Timber flooring is throughout the ground floor area. An amazing lime-wash finish was applied to the American Oak Timber flooring to give it this unique finish.

The beautifully appointed bathrooms include a custom made stone top vanity finished with traditional style French Provincial meets Hampton Beach vanity basin.

This unique laundry tub is equipped with exposed copper and brass tap-ware.

All timber frame work for this construction was hand cut and made onsite, including the hand cut and constructed rear exposed rafter roof.

Cottage Backyard

Large Traditional style bi-fold doors open onto a rear Eco-friendly recycled brick pavers which complement the rear entertaining patio. Complete with exposed timber pergola. This Hampton Haven feels like it has always been part of the Bronte landscape.
