The renovation involved a rear extension and second level addition to include 4 bedrooms 3 bathrooms including an ensuite and upper level sunroom.
Kitchen
Beautiful spotted Gum flooring throughout, this addition included an amazing kitchen with LED lights reflecting on a stainless steel splashback, complete with a Marble stone waterfall island bench.
There are 3 Velux skylights throughout the house, included in the Kitchen, ensuite bathroom and staircase. The statement timber staircase included a feature sandstone feature wall.
Outdoors
The rear Outdoor entertaining area includes an outdoor servery with bi-fold window and bi-fold doors which open onto a stunning Spotted Gum deck.
The outdoor decking, which wraps around the side of the house, is finished impeccably to match the internal timber flooring.
